Elijah Serrei - concept art

Annnnnd this time, let me introduce Mr. Not-So-Scary Dad aka Elijah Serrei. Almost pale white man with bags under his eyes, a lover and formal husband of the Cytadelhian herbalist - Niraya Serrei, also father of kinda spoilt twins - Lucy and Mirai. 
I've never had enough time to make his history more and clarify some aspects of his life, which kinda annoys me now. 
He deserves to be remembered. Sorry, honey.
